Yup! And who's to say that Remembrance will not have any break-related characters, as we still don't exactly know what their summons are about (we have dps and heal so far). Breaking the toughness is kinda a unique gimmick of this game's battle system. I don't think they will make it absolutely obsolete. Then again, I'm just a newbie to this game, what do I know 😝

@@wutevaidunno4550some bosses have a way to lock their toughness bar so you can’t reduce their toughness, which counters break-based abilities. If they give that mechanic to more enemies then break teams literally can’t do anything, whilst crit teams still can

@@SariaAK Yes, I'm aware that it's easy to make break teams useless. I just don't think HoYo will do this to every game mode and forever, to a point that this gimmick becomes totally obsolete in the future.

Nah dudes tripping. She's a power house with FF. Essentially if FF e2s1 and Fugue is e1. People think with dropping hmc the superbreak dmg will drop too much. It won't due to 2nd break bar + combined with rm gives stupid delay. The dmg increase from 2nd break bar will be more then enough of a increase to SB dmg. Then factor in e1 fugue increasing toughness dmg, and that also increase SB dmg further and shit will be out of control.

less about "not being good" Rather, don't pull Fugue just for Firefly, only pull for her if you want to use Rappa/Boothill as well as Firefly.

Boothill gets trickshot stacks from breaking and Rappa gets energy from breaking, while Firefly "only" gets more damage. Fugue is more useful for Boothill and Rappa, but it's still very good for Firefly.

I'm really sad I didn't roll for rappa because I don't have any more resources when her banner is up. Sad

I have rappa but bc rappas enhanced basic attack already deals some toughness reduction im not sure if the toughness reduction from foxian prayer will stack

@@Doom-fx8rs Yeah, I saw those too. I fully expect "some" bosses would have weakness break locked but will break teams still be usable in at least one side of the end game content for the foreseeable future, 3-4 months, is my worry. If not, then, Fugue just seems like a scam.

one boss in 3.0 will have no weakness break bar so only true dmg will shine, rip break meta

@@thomascurtis889 FF already implants fire weakness, to enemies that don't have fire weak then the fugue buff on lingsha will be so good

​@@thomascurtis889 yes , firefly can't apply weakness to all enemies except technique also she ignores weakness of adjacent target so fugue buff on lingsha will be really nice to chip down toughness of mobs and also def down on everyone.

realistically, sunday is better value as summon meta is on the horizon. But I'm sure they wont completely deny break teams completely so fugue isn't bad either :)

Your teams are kinda all over the place. I'd recommend to make more specific pulls to complete your teams. HuoHuo is useless both with Acheron and Super Break, Gallagher or Lingsha work exceptionally with both due to their break efficiency and debuffs. Then, if you want to play the new RMC when they're available, then you'll need Fugue to replace HMC for super break, but I wouldn't really say that you have a super break team since you only have 2 DPS and no supports. If you want to play super break, then I'd wait for a Ruan Mei rerun and then I'd get Fugue later on. If you want to play the new summon meta, then go for Sunday, but note that you would need to pull for a summon DPS and you alrealy have three 5* DPS in FF, Rappa and Acheron but no good supports nor sustains. Sorry for the long comment, but I really wanted to help.

Fugue is not a Ruan Mei replacement. If you really want to play super break, I'd strongly recommend to get Ruan Mei. Fugue's buffs (or debuffs) are different and she's more of a sidegrade to HMC so that players can then use the new RMC.

Himeko damage may feel lackluster unless you have absolutely NUTTY relics or you invest heavily into getting fugue eidolons or LC copies

Same, I have 70 pulls(still saving) for fugue, maybe her E1 or lightcone, or firefly E1. I have sunday on my main but I'm telling so hard not to pull him on my alt which I'm currently playing.
