100% agree. I went straight from those push buttons to a baitcaster and back to a spinning reel lol. Push buttons might be a little easier to cast, but they're more of an annoyance in every other way

I mever used a zebco and I would prefer a rear drag spinning reel the front drag can loosen because of the cap that comes off to take off the spool can slacken off I have had that issue

I completely agree with everything you said! At the summer camp I work at, we have a mix of spincast reels and spinning reels, and the spincast reels only work for one season and then we have to get new ones every summer. If the spincast reels break, we basically have to throw the away, which sucks, because if it were a spinning reel, we could fix it.

This is why you go to the public nature areas others don’t. I’ve got a spot 45 minutes out of the city that I’ve seen maybe 3 people at this year. Those nice long logging roads are great for dispersed camping, few people use them, and usually they too don’t want to see you so they keep on moving.

Awesome video man! The Garmin Striker was actually the first fish finder I ever used back on my old boat. Definitely can't go wrong with it! One thing that me and you seem to have both experienced is there are some pretty large bluegill offshore lol. I caught quite a few during bass tournaments fishing offshore. Don't think a ton of people realize that. Keep up the good work man!
