Men I find them to put off an aura that says JERK or assHOLE, either way smoking isn't good for you - and even finding it attractive with women I wouldn't date a woman who smoked unless I found out somehow after a long time and had them in my life already.

One good mage tip (I boosted dungeons quite a bit in TBC and SOD, so I have a little knowledge) Whenever you Frost nova, make sure to jump!! Very important ! ! Because the range of Frost nova increases by a huge amount while you are in the air. Don't know why, but it does, so try to get that muscle memory^^ I also recommend to keybind Frost nova because if you need to use it very fast, I think it would be best to bind it to something like shift + 1 for very fast access.

Your Cims were all of a sudden getting more educated and the value of the city was increasing, pushing the residential demand up.

I wonder if the unreliable health care and lack of entertainment are due to an area of effect for the services you provided. You have a long city at this point, each end of the city may not have access to those services placed in the center. Perhaps placing a park and small clinic at the far end will help with the overall happiness of the citizens. I am enjoying this season. I wish my machine could run this game. I may need to look at my settings again.
