Polygon CNC Lathe FC-65NCL
Features
The unique integration of CNC polygon machine with basic CNC lathe function for truning and polygon cutting are carried out at the same machine. Saving factory floor area, labor and the time for transportation and operation.
Variety polygon cutting can be performed by CNC control system and X & Z axis driven by servo motors.
Copying polygon cutting without conventional profiling attachment, unlimited contouring.
Rigid construction, high performance, NC controlling functions upgrade.

WICHCRAFT!
I think that the funniest part about the narration was that the speaker had "no" apparent "accent". It was as though they hired an American to narrate the video exactly as transliterated to English, verbatim. Amazing machine, though.
I would love a slow motion video of that lathe. :)
@minoor1 Jól emlékszel!
@Rottel3D Volt szerencsém megismerni Károly bácsit. Lakatos létére egy igazi zseni volt!Volt egy professzor aki mindent megtett, hogy ez a elmés szerkezet megbukjon!
That is a weird lathe.
amazing, but I suppose that if you get your speed wrong you just killed all your bearings and you've got high-speed shrapnel coming your way ?
Incredible piece of modern engineering.
I've forgotten why we think dolphins are so intelligent.
@Gegsite Aha, úgy emlékszem Gellért Károlyé a szabadalom.
An Awsome Machine.........!!!!
Magyar találmány :D
@sparkysmini Not a Chinese machine, but a Taiwanese one. They are very high quality machines from a leader in the field.
@ApeX2411 welcome your request, and drawing for sample test.
@Mikej2156 lol... sooo true XD
wtf
There is a driveshaft link. It can be seen in the back of the machine. Fastcut168 posted a comment about me being right that it does have a driveshaft link.
this is amAAAAZING...never seen something like this before.
wow,. fucking amazing
Very cool
awesome!! (but i hate the music)
At school, we have a Cnc-lathe with SIemens controllingg system. It's got a function that you can use to program the lathe w. x and y coordinates when milling. The coordinates where then transformed into x- and c axis movements to achieve different shapes using a mill.
that is so cool..
The driveshaft that I see in the back of the machine I assume is to connect the spindle speed and the cutting head speed. Interesting
That's just amazing.
the turret must work on a cam some how, amazing...
tak to je maras jak hovado
This is like...the greatest thing ever
Its all about the speeds on both cutters to syncronize for how many flats you want spit the cutting tools faster will produce more flats!!! vice versa!!!!
To sem eště nežral...
I think you mean "Turret thingy" and all that would happen is a "twisted" part. Not physically twisted but it would have that appearance.
This machine is available in the US through CyberCNC Machinery Sales, Inc. This equipment is produced in Taiwan, not China. CyberCNC is an importer as well as distributor and we would be happy to provide any information required to interested parties. Please contact CyberCNC Machinery Sales, Inc.
unglaublich
How do they do that? Amazing!
it's a program. you must input the given tolerances, diameter, and taper. and the tools used for machining. and put the plug into the cnc lathe. and done... it is just plug and play
amazing! how i wish i can machine that one
mmmmm cheesy....
