Autocrossing at Texas Motor Speedway 10/6/2019
My best run with the Texas Region SCCA. First time racing on this track. Looking forward to returning next year! Super fun course!

This is one of my sessions at NCM we ran on July 11th. Next year looking to go into the intermediate group. Still had a blast tearing up the track! Around 15:26 we are going through deception, on the straight is when we finally are able to get on it. My friend Eric decided to take a different line on corner 15.. lol He recovered nicely though. Hope to be able to race here again!

Had a blast driving on this track! Can't wait to do it again! :D At 1:20 we start moving, and at 4:10 was the fastest section we had during these laps.

This is my best run of the day at 60.350. I'm sorry for the colorful commentary at end, definitely an exciting run for me. This was a great course!

This is my best timed run of 64.400 in the Optima DriveAutoX. I started to listen to music to get out of my head and i improved over 6 seconds. I also made it to the finals in the shootout and I placed 2nd in the GT Class. My car is my daily driver, and I tried to hold my own against all the awesome drivers and race cars in my class. Racing against my friend Ryan in his 1967 Camaro with a 373 with my 2017 2SS. I cut an almost perfect light at .001, and ran the fastest at 12.870. He was left me like I was standing still. He was running low 10's all night. What a fun race!

This is my final run. I dialed in at 12.70 and cut a .134 light and ran a 12.759 at 112.68 mph. Stock SS with CAI and a Stainless Works axleback. Thanks to my sister for the video!

This was the first time I have done road course and it was so amazing! This is one of the instructors with a follow the leader format. Around the 1:50 mark is where we start booking it! At 5:55, he pointed me by and I had to do the course on my own. Of course I messed up at Deception! Scary but fun! Lol Super fun time, can't wait till next year!

Thanks! Mine was 111.83 mph at 12.870 and his was 133.17 mph at 10.306. I was on street tires and spun at the line a little bit.
I trapped 111 mph in my GTO in way cooler temps so props on doing it in the Texas summer heat. If you get some sticky tires and better weather you'll be in the low 12s.
For sure, I did have my dr's, but from going from a 5th Gen to a 6th Gen, they didn't fit. Definitely looking forward to our -DA days.. lol
