Inkscape Circle tool, How to use it and change it.
Many time I was stuck with the circle tool when i need to modified it and make it more than just an ellipse or complete circle. If found the answer and hope you will like this as well.

Inkscape keeps the last used tool settings by default. You can change circle tool back from the circle tool itself by just one click. #CreatedwithFilmForth

This is one way to analyze WB data. I merged the blot of the same size with different sizes. The image used here is from BioRad chem doc. In this example, the size of the developed blot and ladder blot was different because they were not taken with a multichannel setting. Let's see how we can make the most out of it.

this tutorial is very poor stil dont know how to do it as there is no audio explanation and the video doesnt show where to click to change the circle back. all i can see is the the little arrow moving up and down the ruler on the side.

Hello. How did you select more than one image at a time to open?
I used Control+A to select all the images in the folder. You can also select the images first and drag them over to Fiji to open them all at once.
