Hi. I have been looking at your videos to try and learn autohotkey to make a macro for a roblox game called AnimeVanguards. The macro would be using imagesearch to look for and click specific cards and click and choose them. In the exact situation I am trying to resolve their are two sets of cards. One set that you can reset until you get a specific card and one where you cannot reset the options and as such you need to choose the best one. I will be continuing to use your videos to aid me in my quest to use autohotkey to automate this game.

In the video you tried to export it but it says Open, how do you actually export to an AHK script and more importantly how do I export with a speed setting?

why does the add "if statement" box always unchecked itself and grayed out can't check it again whenever you reopen it or add another script? and the loop stops after a couple of loops and stopped working completely

The software has a problem when handling the size event. Still needs more work.

It's easy to have fun with UIAutomation in some simple applications like Calculator or NotePad. But to achieve more complex tasks, it becomes also easy to get lost. Automating MS Word or MS Excel can quickly become complicated, when you have to access functions hidden in drop-down menus. Automating Chrome is easy, as long as there is no Pop-Up window to control. Several Open Source software (like ShotCut) will not be easily controllable with UIAutomation, since the (UIA Tree) will not be complete. But it is surely my lack of AHK V2 skills that restricts me the most in accomplishing the desired tasks.

This is pretty cool! Its an alternative to something like Pulover's Macro Recorder but interfaces directly with the controls of an app instead of "blind" clicks and button presses. Obvs limited by what apps it can work with, but still, a great new option to have! Without this video showing it in action, I wouldn't have gotten into it so thanks for making it!

Looking forward to the Chrome episode. You should check out FastKeys - allows lots of the same functionality as AHK but via a user friendly interface. Allows loading of AHK scripts also. Not associated with them - just find it a useful tool

Is this version 2 ? I tried and gave up couple of weeks ago. somehow the assigned hotkeys doesn't work even though I just copy/pasted the script directly from AHK help doc.

I just have to drop a line and tell you how much it means that you put so much into your videos! I have learned a ton of stuff from you over the years you and Joe and Isaiah’s have taught me so much! As a blind person AHK Has really allowed me to overcome many accessibility barriers in the workplace.

Hello. maibe is not the place for that, but can you please make a video about Pulover Macro Creator using Functions? There is not a lot of information about it. I chech the tutorials but are not clear for me. I use it for a long time, in extensive macros. It is a powerful tool, but just programing by if statements and variables, but I miss some functions I see in some AHK v1 (or v2) forums and I can't find on PMC. Now, for example, I'm stack tring to generate random numbers, one by one between 1 to 25, but without repite any one. And I can't make it work. I cant set string with done numbers to check if contains new numbers on PMC. Hope you can help.
