Good to hear that Laura, thank you. It has helped me to understand better, the trauma that I’ve been through, I feel like I have been shown the bad stuff, but - as you know, I have had to revisit it recently … almost like I needed to be reminded of it, in order to appreciate what I have now. And how far I’ve come. Still putting the puzzle together but each little step is making it clearer… I see where I’m going now, but keep getting stuck. ‘Trust and believe’ keeps coming up in my sessions, so I’m stepping back into BC-ing stuff that comes up. Keep sharing my lovely ❤❤❤

Brilliant 🤩 ladies I wish I had taken my daughter out of the indoctrination school system she is so creative in her own right but she developed panic attacks & became anxious in her teens was horrible to watch & feel helpless. If I knew then what I know now I would have 100% home schooled & not allowed the programming - thank you 🙏
