Have you come across the EVAP purge valve issue yet?

Is the front bumper easy to remove and refit without damaging it?

Thank you for the 22 minute unboxing and after fitment video. Would have been useful to see both the diffuser and exhaust installed. Still we learnt how to unscrew a gear knob 👍

This is a stage 2 Airtec intercooler meant for a stage 2 software. Dont need to fit bigger intercooler for only stage 1 remap should be fine for this turbo to handle. Also these 1.0 ecoboost engine are all factory tuned.

Puma speed for head gaskets👍 genuine Ford £60 got one last month. Ford dealer was around £170

Do these have a wet belt for the oil pump even though they have a dry cam belt , ????

Just had the RS clutch kit & flywheel upgrade on my 2012 ST. So far it's amazing! seems to have added power somehow! My standard one was slipping so badly, to the point it completely failed. It seems very harsh and makes a noise at the moment, but I'm guessing that's because it's new.

How much supplied and fitted?

My RS MK3 idles around 800-900 RPM is that normal. ?

Would a bad driveshaft/axles feel like a shudder/vibration?

How come you re gap the plugs? Do they run better?

Why did ford never do that from standard, just brought myself a mk8 ST, what’s the turn around time for the rear diffuser and exhaust work

Does the dual exit milltek exhaust and this diffuser fit also onto fiesta st-line mk8?

Did you guys use the mountune airbox with panel filter?

Great to see the Marty & Mikey show and that this RS is finally in good hands and benefitting from the MJP expertise. It’s a shame the main stealers can’t do these jobs properly but at least it’s now fully sorted and will be back to its best again. Great work as usual MJP! 👍🏻

The recall was amended eventually to include adding sealant to the end of head gasket . something typically you never do

I had them correct the problem after the re-did the gasket again when I found the leaky head, was a night and day difference. Car is out of warranty finally, so I am about to start taking her to the moon and build her out properly!!!

I had mine recently rebuilt with a 2l block around 9 months ago...and now the God damn timing cover may be leaking. I love this car but the past year has been challenging to say the least

Very interesting video. My RS has had rough idling few times now and then even to the point where it just stalled and cut out. When I had my last service they even mentioned it had oil leak

Once timed do you remove locking kit and rotate anti clockwise 3 revolutions, then refit locking kit to be sure it all fits back in fine, best way with floating pulleys. Also was the block deck checked with flat bar and ffeeler gauges

When the time is right I would like you guys to go over her... I am.nkw the owner however alot of parts have now been changed. Not by myself would love some more info on her if you have any still.

I never read into the problems other people have, unless it with aftermarket parts blowing up for no reason. I’ll find the limits myself, I trust the syvecs in my Audi to shut it all down when there is even a slight issue. It’s Canadas fastest B9 A4 1/4mile in 10.21s at 147mph.

Do you only get those pops and bangs with a re-map?

I wonder if the foam filter is overall better than the cotton one, read somewhere foams are for very sandy/dusty environments whereas the cotton ones offer a better flow and it's as good as foam in city/countryside environment

Revs behaving as you saw is usually down to evap/purge valve

Van looks great but shocking build quality , I’ve had nothing but problems with mine , wish id bought a transporter .
