i saw bauhaus in 1979 at a horrorfest in gent they where awesome and gave me this single..way before the album came out they where superb then saw em like every 10 years the last time in 2007 w the cramps...and i just love em..nice too see this40 years later .awesome

I was there and while I had a blast and enjoyed Devo I'll admit when it was over I went home and cried . The guys I've loved since I was in diapers have grown old and tired. Minus Gerry , They did not look like they wanted to be there at all ,in fact Mark looked miserable just going through the motions. They did all the same songs they always do except this time we got going under and freedom of choice. Other then that it was no different then the last 3 Devo concerts I've seen in the last 6 years. Gerry is still on the right page but the rest of the guys seemed like they already closed the book . It was the best day I've had in a long time but also a sad one. I wish Devo could stay young forever and never grow old. And this show was just a reminder of just how short life is and how fast we grow old. From now on I'll stick to watching and listening to live Devo in their heyday when their energy was so intense it radiates through the speakers and makes my hair stand up on end giving me goosebumps. Devo fucking rocked so hard ,till this day and for generations to come,no band will ever compare.

Since I lived in Los Angeles for 27 years, if I hadn’t become a “Born Again Christian” in 2001 and then moved to France in 2015, I would have definitely have been at that show and in the very front row. Wearing my Bauhaus logo black leather motorcycle jacket, I hand painted. But that too was sold when I went to Embrace The “Light” Side.

Don’t understand all the Woohooing at a Gothic show, just be quiet and let the Goths revel in the Darkness!
