Yea this also happened to me as well,it was hilarious! Smile did u become a noob when u spawn or join in this server? If you did, I think it is because of this bug and when you got infected, it would make the system you are a smiler but you also have human weapons and this could help you kill any smiler and without getting infected This is the information that I got hope this helps!
