the whole theme of the intro just gives me vibes that its like a spin off of jumanji, where the characters enter a fantasy world, except this film is giving if someone put a realistic texture pack on their java minecraft software and it went horribly wrong 😭 (EDIT: i made spelling mistakes so i needed to change it a bit HELP)

I legit thought that the cat said goodbye for a second. Also, I agree, the movie does seem disappointing and I can't help but think that the reason why they didn't animate it was because Hollywood is greedy and don't won't to pay their animators.
