*2 tbsp (56g) Butter
*2 Eggs
*2 tbsp (26g) Sugar
*1/4 tsp salt -Sauce
*3 oz (85g) chocolate
*1/2 cup (120g) whipping cream
-Coating
*1 cup sugar
*2 tsp vanilla sugar
💡 Pro Tips:
Use a Star-Tip Piping Nozzle: A star-tip piping nozzle (usually 1M or similar) is essential for creating the classic ridged churro shape.
The ridges help the churros cook evenly and hold onto more of that delicious cinnamon sugar coating.
Steady Pressure: When piping the dough, apply steady, even pressure to ensure the churros come out uniformly thick. This will help them cook evenly and prevent any thin spots that might cook too quickly.
Cut Even Lengths: Pipe the dough directly into the hot oil or onto parchment paper if you prefer to cut them before frying. Aim for even lengths to ensure consistent cooking.
Keep the Oil Temperature Consistent: Maintain the oil temperature between 350°F to 375°F (175°C to 190°C). If the oil is too hot, the churros can burst or cook unevenly. If it’s too cool, they’ll absorb too much oil and become greasy.

    Das ist kein gutes Rezept. Nicht mal eine Gramm Angabe bei dem Eiweiß. Jeder der Macarons backt und dann auch noch ein Video hier einstellt, der sollte doch wohl wissen, dass bei Macarons alle Zutaten grammgenau abgemessen werden müssen. dazu zählt auch das Eiweiß. Zumal es auch unterschiedliche Größen von Eiern gibt!

      Hi! While making macarons, measurements must be precise, that's why is in grams. But if you wish to know approx, than it's 3 small to medium eggs. I would suggest you to measure them. Happy baking ❤️

      Hi! Sorry for late response. I used dark chocolate, but you can use any, according to your taste. If you will make with milk or white chocolate, use less sugar, because they already contain more sugar than dark chocolate.
