you could save the bones and boil them for very long to make chicken stock then i forget how long but you can bake the bones untill they're dry and brittle,blend them and you've made bone meal for your plants

if ur looking for healthy foods/meals i suggest those monthly meal shipment boxes! it helps with portions and calories! it can be expensive but i think its worth it sometimes. and also make sure to get your exercise in, even if it a brisk daily walk or a quick hour at a gym, it’s all worth it in the end :)

Bro just cus you boiled it doesnt make it healthy lmao. You can grill chicken and its still perfectly fine. All youre doing with boiling the chicken is reducing the vitamins and minerals in the food for you to absorb. You can be healthy and still eat food with flavour man, this looks honestly horrible.

Brother please atleast sear it in some nuetral oil like coconut or avocado even some beef tallow, it’s relatively low calorie, and make the cheesy potatoes in some cheesy sweet potatoes, shouldn’t mix carbs and meat
