Makuo, don't always wait for someone to teach you. Most times, people are not willing to pass down their knowledge even if you pay them to do so. And you are the one that know your pain points more than anyone else so take charge of your own life. You will find your people along the way, and even if you don't, you will be just fine. And never forget where and how you started so you can selflessly be that someone to another confused soul out there.

I'm guilty of this accusation😂. I'm just starting this self-taught sewing journey so I'm always tempted to leave more than I want to because in my head I'm like, "It's better to be safe than sorry". But I've actually realized that leaving so much allowance can affect the outcome of whatever you're sewing. Thank you for the advice😁
