    As a Brit. I’m sorry. The British empire acted like terrorists. We are close neighbours and should farm a feeling of brotherhood and sisterhood. Britain treated you bad. I’m so sorry. Let us create a great alliance. Let us also have a referendum on Northern Ireland. Ireland is a fantastic country. We must do better to keep us in alliance

      @Kahuna3901 Well said, you represent a large swathe of fair minded British people, who I hasten to add have also suffered at the hands of their elites, unfortunately in these forums I usually run into them or other like mindeds who still think that they have a divine right to rule Ireland.

    1. There is no under- in the Greek/Roman after life. The afterlife is a realm separated by the worlds of the living by bodies of water. 2. Hades was not Plutus (the God of chthonian wealth). This confusion is very modern nearly 20 years modern when youtubers started confusing the Greek word Plutus (wealth) with the Latin world Pluto (the Roman name for Hades). 3. Hades is not portrayed as a shadowy figure, nowhere in the mythology, infact he is portrayed as a just and noble god (unlike his brothers Zeus and Poseidon), this is because the Greeks, much like we do today, believed that the afterlife, rectifies the wrongs of the life we had when we were alive. Hades (and Persephone) as the representations of the afterlife, were personifications of that justice and fairness.

    These few islands are *clearly* the islands of the mad and the insane. Why does no one ever truly understand that no matter what these small islands are open on all borders and indefencible? It *has* always been one invasion after another, one tribe fighting another tribe ever since the ice sheets receded from the last ice-age. If Ireland wants to go back to what it was orginally then we need to go back to the Druidic/Pagan/Celtish/Pictish/Gaelic/Vedantic roots. But you guys still seem to want either that Roman supression or that Anglican suppression so bad that no one wants to go back to the true origins. Meanwhile all the woodland is destroyed and we've had nothing but globalist Satanic sky-scrapers and concrete replacing them. Cromwell allowed the gates of Hell to be flung open here, but it was the Romans that built the roads that led us there. Look earnestly Globalism is now eroding the roots of other nations and cultures, Roman Constantinian Catholicism *was* globalism 2.0. Alexandria *was* globalism 1.0, and since Catholicism it has just been a nameless and shapeless entity that morphed into the secular extremes of Communism and Fascism; which themselves are an extension of what the Roundheads and Cavaliers were. Nations didn't have this problem in Europe anywhere near as much when people respected the land and were closer to nature. Globalism is the problem. It walks by different faces and that Eagle moves from one centre to another, but it is always what causes strife for those it sees as enemies or resources. These islands have *always* been invaded and insurrected. And no one ever truly looks at this and instead just wants to fight each other due to all the condensed historical frictions. Literally no one gets to keep their place on these islands for long, history rolls on and more is added to the mongrel nation of madness. And this is why we need beer! 😂

    St Patrick didn’t just arrive in Ireland. He was kidnapped by Irish slavers. The Irish invaded England after the Roman era, raping and pillaging for centuries - only being kicked out in the 600s. But not before the Irish carried out a genocide on the Picts. The Irish have never apologised - nor even admitted these terrible events. It is time to reflect on these evils and pay reparations to the English

    • @billlecky7964
      @billlecky7964 9 днів тому

      St Patrick did arrive in Ireland of his own volition, he was previously enslaved but escape d back to Britain. The Irish didn't invade England after the Roman era, for a start there was no England when the Romans left, though there were permanent Irish settlements in the Midlands and Wales dating from the late 4th century, before the Romans left and before the arrival of the English in Britain or more accurately the Anglo Saxons, who did a fair bit of raping, pilaging and Genocide against the Native Celtic Britons, something the English have never acknowledged or apologised for. As for the Picts, they formed Scotland by merging with the Irish Gaels of the Kingdom of Dalriata, who were called Scots . The first King of Scotland Kenneth Macalpine was a Pict. As for Reparations, anything The Irish did back then was before England even existed and pales in comparison to what the Anglo Saxons did to Celtic Britons and the English did in Ireland over 857 years.
