Simplified Psychology for Students
India
Приєднався 10 кві 2020
The focus of this channel is to give classroom experience sitting at home. The videos are meant for undergraduate and post graduate students of psychology. All students and especially correspondence course students of Universities like IGNOU can understand the concepts easily. This will help them score good marks in less time. The concepts of psychology are explained in simple language. For blackboard like experience, the material is handwritten and especially for statistics it is written and explained side by side. This helps the student not only grasp the concept but know how and where to start solving. Lectures are in English and Hindi I.e. Mixed language as used in classrooms. These videos are by a teacher who is Doctorate in Psychology and has 22 years of teaching experience.

mam isme standard nahi lete kya?
@@Priyeahh standard is taken in differential limen. Only method of average error has standard in AL
@@simplifiedpsychology7713 got it mam!
one of the best UA-cam channel for psychology for indian students. just wanna say in munna bhai style "tum bohot achha kaam krta hai"!!!😂❤
@@Priyeahh Thanks a lot … 🙂
Is this method for absolute error or differential limen In starting u said there are two methods of average error Which is thisethod that u explained plz mam tell?????
@@Vedrjdsom2475 this is method for absolute error
@@simplifiedpsychology7713 mam then for dl?? where is that video??
@@Priyeahh as for method of average error the subject is setting the comparison stimulus on his own so dl is not calculated like other methods. We simply calculate standard deviation of the subjects responses.
@@simplifiedpsychology7713 got it mam
Mam i really didn't understand how you found out UTD and LTD! You didn't mention which terms we have to take.
It is mentioned just below the table at 3:50 of video
@@Janvikaushik06 UTD and LTD are explained at 3:50 time of video
@@simplifiedpsychology7713 why did you take 60 g and 5 g and how did you do further calculation like which terms of number did you take and why?? also why did you subtract 10 from 50, my table and sum of the table is different so which terms I have to subtract ?? why did you use 30 here and added 2.5 g into 37 and 0.8 in 30??
As per definition UTD is the stimulus which is judged heavier 50 percent of time. So when we calculate percentage of response of heavier, equal or light, we look out for 50 percent or the value between which 50 percent will fall. With interpolation we calculate the required Stimulus value I.e. getting response of 50 percent heavier.
If you still have doubts then we can fix time for live interaction on Sunday.
Mam you made a mistake in calculating constant error. 14.4975-15 = -0.5025
Thanks for pointing out this.
please speak in english or title your videos otherwise
@@jordanstudies8859 Surely I will post an English version of this. Thanks
Mam average error ki Differential threshold kaise karun
For differential threshold with method of average error we have to calculate standard deviation of the values.

Last se 4 number row pe P% ke jo column hain waha 80 percent kyun ?? 90 percent kyun nehi ??
Fourth last row has 4 P's and 1 A so it is 80 percent P and 20 percent A. Fifth last row has an error, this is intentionally left to activate the students.... Let me know if you are able to understand it.
Mam phir Apne 1st se 3rd row pe P% 10 or A% 90 Kyun likhe Jab 4's A or 1 p the
Well detected. Here again it should be 20% and 80%

For disabled children which method is suitable Same for creative Slow learners
For disabled method has to be selected on the basis of type of disability and severity. If it is low IQ then the difficulty level has to be considered. For creative children application of concepts, problem solving etc will be helpful. For slow learner’s spaced method is recommended.
@@simplifiedpsychology7713 thankyou for replying.. My question is Which method is suitable for creative children and slow learners from the given options 1.Spaced Method 2.Whole method 3.Massed Method 4.incidental method 5. Part method

Mam pn UTD and LTD kase find kiya vh samaj me nahi aaya 1st and 2nd stage samj me aaya lekin 3rd step nahi samj raha he
UTD and LTD has to be found by interpolation. We need stimulus which is perceived 50 percent heavier and stimulus which is perceived lighter 50 percent of times. When we do not get exact 50 percent in these categories then we calculate by interpolation. In other words we find out variation in weight with each percent of response then multiply with 50 to find 50 percent. Hope it’s clear now. If you still have doubt, then let me know, I will make video.
Lastly 40 knhse liya
For getting 50 percent for absolute limen we will have to add 40 to 10 percent
I watched all your vedios on psychophysics and they are highly insightful.Keep it up mam
