    Hey how did you fasten your hooo and loop zipper stoppers… is it standard tape or have you sewn it on to the bag? I’m already having the same issue on day one and it’s a damn shame because what a nice bag otherwise.

    They long sippers are helpful for people with hockey gear. I understand it isnt helpful for you but one thing stopping people from using smaller bags for their armour is the size of the opening. Of course goalies still need a massive bag but this seems like a decent bag for hockey parents. Great video though it deserves more views.

    Wifey just got me the black one in medium. The quality is very nice! I’m active duty military so we constantly Have to change out of sweaty pt clothes into these bulky uniforms with large boots. This bag (in medium) is large enough to hold my whole uniform, another change of civie clothes, a towel, full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, my large water bottle + side pockets for keys, phone, my badges etc! It’s amazing compared to my old one

    Considering cost to manufacture isn't regularly public data, and I've seen info on neither, how exactly are you claiming it takes five times as much to manufacture? Seems pretty bogus.

    I love mine, exactly like this one! It might be a bit bulky for a quick everyday grab and go bag though… and the fact that it can’t stand up on it’s own is a major annoyance… the bottom isn’t flat enough because of the design and it just falls on it’s front when you put it down… nothing’s perfect, eh?

    So you took a bargain $30 dollar bag, added roughly $150 worth of stuff ($10 zipper pulls, $10 shoulder strap pad, $115ish worth of sticky cubes, $5 for velcro and shock cord, and said its a deal? I'm not knocking what you did at all, cool hacks, but If you gotta dump roughly 150 dollars into a 30 dollar bag ($180 now) to make it good, well then its hardly a good deal..

    • @paulsproductreviews8549
      @paulsproductreviews8549 Рік тому

    Bro, that Fiskars...useless hatched lol. The pack is great as long as you don't want to carry a rifle. Their rifle carry is terribly executed, like an after thought just to say they have that feature. No protection for the rifle, not easy access, it blocks too much of the pack and renders other features unusable. It would be the near perfect pack if they had done a better job with that (agree with the length of the hip pads.) For a camping bag, serious question: Where are the clothes in your packout?

    Great REVIEW! For some reason, NF don't get it. Consumers wanted a backpack that is ergonomic, stable base of support, more functional admin organizational pockets. They've been around for a while but still miss so much. 🤣

    Hey Paul, do you have a preference between this Gofer and the Envoy messager bag? I am trying to decide between them.

    • @paulsproductreviews8549
      @paulsproductreviews8549 2 роки тому

      Hi Brendan! I prefer the gofer because it has a 15” size, comes with a couple dividers (the envoy I think you have to purchase separately) and it has silencer strips for the Velcro to open the flap if you want to use them (didn’t like the Velcro sound on the envoy every time I opened the flap). Thanks for watching the video!

    Btw I loosened the straps at the bottom which let's the bag expand, and it can easily stand by itself. Edit: after doing this it's actually hard to get the bag to fall over...

    Perhaps it is a silly pet peeve, but I hate inaccurate use of language. If there are only TWO sizes, they can call it whatever they want, but the larger size is NOT "medium"... by definition. That's not your fault, of course, but I feel we should push back against these abominations wherever we find them. LOL

    • @paulsproductreviews8549
      @paulsproductreviews8549 2 роки тому

      I wouldn’t recommend anything that’s “convertible”. I like the 3 other messengers I reviewed on this channel: the Timbuk2 command messenger and the Vanquest gopher or envoy. Each of these has a plethora of pockets for organization, high vis interiors and good materials. (I think they discontinued the command messenger so if you can still find it, it will be at a reduced price)
