I had troubles learning while in Uni because I didn't take care of myself. I was living away from home and ate whatever was easy and what I liked. Hamburgers, pizza, soda, and etc. I found out later on that I was low on B vitamins. Being low on B vitamins results in having cognitive issues. Once I graduated and moved back home I was having the same vitamins I had when I was a kid. Immediately my motivation to learn came back right away, I was able to remember things more better, and etc. I think some part of the struggles you were describing could be related to this and could be pretty common because of the lack of knowledge on how important having a healthy body makes a healthy mind.

I'm about to graduate next year. My major used to be computer science but the application process was competitive and so my last straw with my academic advisor a material close to it in order to finish 4 years. Hence, I settle with general studies and minor in Computer Science. I moved out of New York to Connecticut and the opportunities are very slim I noticed since half of the place are suburban/rural. I am going to try to do an MIT job since I was a self-employed technician along with a E-Certificate on MIT. Maybe being a full-time student could be the sacrifice in my case since I haven't had a real job since my 2 internships. I currently have an above 3.0 GPA, but I am unemployed, so jobs are difficult to find and applying to internships feels like a struggle. PS. I had friend who had panic attack right in front of me and I had to comfort her as best as I can even though I was in a class full of students and luckily the professor wasn't there.
