Alphonse Areola is from Pangasinan Province. His parents , both Filipino, moved to Paris when Alphonse was six years old. There, he grew up in Paris, played soccer , and is now the goalie for the French National team. I have no idea if he acknowledges his roots . Maybe you can interview him.
