MSFS 2024 | a330 takeoff and landing | BNE-SYD
I finally got to getting a full flight done in MSFS2024, I only did a short one as importing from simbrief freezes the plane. Bit of a learning opportunity in manually putting in flight plan though, which is nice. I completely messed up the approach and short final 💀

Here it is, the king of the skies. Performance has been ok at best for this aircraft however being an alpha I have no complaints. Excellent freeware.

Back into the 777 for a flight from Tokyo Haneda to Bangkok, 5 hours real time and got this flight done in 1 hour. I use beyondATC, highly recommend

As the title says this is a reupload. There was a few headwind and the sudden inputs? Well that was my sensitivity. I've been working on it.

If you are wondering what caused the to low terrain warning cause I was originally cleared for a visual approach from beyondatc weirdly. Once I noticed the fog I programmed the FMC for ILS potentially the reprogramming led to this warning.

Not sure why I even disconnected the auto throttle. Also messed up on activating the reverse thrust.. enjoy. Note: Thumbnail is the same flight. Just set it to night time for some nice screenshots.

To used to the 777's automation that I forgot to idle the thrust levers, excellent job by me but a great landing otherwise! Does anyone recommend manually controlling the thrust during manual landing, I've always done auto throttle.

This was from last year, those eagled eyed may notice from the EFB and how it says 2023, I didn't know how to use the performance calculator then so I just did whatever I could think was suitable. Enjoy. Not sure why I came to a complete stop but whatever.

This was a absolutely ridiculous flight, as for me I never encounter crosswinds that much but today this was something else, and as my crabbing skills are poor had to go around. On the 2nd attempt well... Any feedback let me know, I barley edit.
Fenix A320 ||| Hard Landing and Bounce at Madeira

This show the famous approach into Maderia airport where I slam it into the ground, the a320 bounces and this was also a result due to me pulling up on the alierons in an attempt to flare, of course failing as you can see. I even forgot to set the autobrakes although not sure if I was intending to do manual. (Note that this was a landing from a while ago)

Did another flight today, Sydney to BNE, now as for Virgin Australia ever operating a 777 on domestic, very slim chance that ever could have occurred, I have done a few long hauls with time compression, very handy feature, first time I am touching long haul, hope FBW implements something similar although I doubt it.

At 1:52 you can see the wheels contact the ground but don't fully untilt. I wonder in real life if the passenger could feel it if something like this was actually to happen. A little easter egg for you all. So no clue what the FPM could've been ha.
