Hello, how much investment is it to have a strategy call with you?

This looks extremely well designed. I'm strongly considering it for an online forehand program we're releasing soon. Can members upload their own video? Also, can course materials include quizzes that involve images? Something like "which position is correct" is important to quiz on when teaching sports. All of the interactivity, as well as the interface, looks amazing and intuitive, so I really hope these other features are available.

Are all these creators doing every part of the process from start to finish by themselves? From the planning stage to shooting the video, to editing, to marketing & SEO and still consistently posting videos. Sounds like way too much to do on your own. Don't you need a team?

I find it counterintuitive to deemphasize the importance of generating content, especially when the trust I’ve built with the Mighty Network stems directly from the valuable content created by the founder. The helpfulness of this content is the primary reason I’ve remained engaged during the free trial. It seems paradoxical to reduce focus on content creation when it’s often what initially draws and retains members, as it did in my case

This was great and very clearly explained. I totally agree. An audience can be mostly voyeuristic, a community will rally together amongst themselves. We as creators get to take on the role of facilitator.

I did a Founding Member launch on 09/01....we seemed to start off strong.... then either ignored the weekly calendar or felt overwhelmed or behind by it. What's the best way to offer it? I tried in the feed. I also tried using the Table of Contents feature. Any tips for how i can improve?

Can I lock courses to different members? What if Membership A does not include courses but membership B does, can I lock courses from membership A?

Can we build a Mighty network without a course?

I feel I have to add - I firmly believe that what you are doing is a breakthrough. With web 3 and AI, building communities where there is the irreplaceable human component, the possibility of co-ownership (eg DAOs) and continuous knowledge production IS the future. And you've created the infrastructure needed for this to take off. So THANK YOU! The starting problem is just the starting problem, but we will make it work!

I agree/ completely understand the point that you have to start somewhere, and that we don't need content or an audience, I get it. But to find people who have the budget to spend all that money monthly and to spend it without any evidence of the value -> that is just not there. 10 people, 50k each for 4 months?? Who are these people and what is the group?? I am all in on this, but I'm desperately trying to figure out the math that will allow things to begin. I have ideas that will make the 50$ a month possible, but this will still require me to build things to a few hundred people for it to work. With an open timeline where you have a job you can juggle concurrently without a problem, then yes, maybe. But otherwise, the commitment to people knowing you'll need to quit if the numbers don't go up, is a problem. You can't just charge 20k to each person and have a group of 3 because that's is just way too much money for the value. Where would you find the three rich people lol! I get being optimistic, and like I said, I'm all in. But I suppose I'm pushing back on any deliberate lapse in logic here for the sake of motivation.

I agree AND "fast" and "constrained" questions don't necessarily lead to more interesting answers. They lead to faster and more constrained answers. I think sometimes asking a deep question is what makes community special and allows people to go beyond the surface of the internet.
