California passed a bam on expiration dates on food...before the 1950s expiration dates didn't exist. Just because food has an expiration date doesn't mean it's garbage...that's the whole point of California's ban...they're trying to reduce food waste. Dairy foods and meats are really the only things that go bad over time. Chips and other non perishable foods can be good up to a year after the date on the package. Obviously if there's mold or something opened its not good but you could save more food if you stop looking at the dates

I sell my items for $1.00 $3.00 or $5.00… I love to bundle and everyone knows I am “the garage sale lady” I have never made less than $1800. Best wishes and keep up the good work!
