The RX 7600 and the RX 6650XT basically have the same exact specs on paper. Unnoticeable difference in real world performance. But with time, the newer one will age well comparted to the older one, which is why I always encourage to get the newer one, but its ultimately up to you and what you have available near you. Noise-wise, obviously the XFX card is more silent but most of us are on headphones while gaming anyway, so that shouldn't matter in my opinion. Also getting a less noisy cooler from the Acer part is a bit of a gamble cause I've heard a lot of complaints from users with loud coolers whereas mine is a lot quieter. Why the difference you might ask? I believe Acer sources these fans from multiple manufacturers and suppliers, so the quality and functionality will vary. Also the cooler design and the overall build quality of the Acer card is way better than the XFX card. Trust me, they did not cheap out on anything and just went all in. Yes same here. They do make Nvidia versions but for their pre-built units only. They are also surprisingly very good cards according to some well known reviewers.

Mine's the complete opposite. The blower whines, only during high RPMs and I can safely say its quieter than most blowers out there, at least the ones I've used before. Its sad to hear that your big fan makes noise, pretty sure its a quality issue. If possible, get it RMA'd.

Yeah its got a slight hum. I don't think it would be an issue if you're gaming with headphones, most people do. It also depends on what else do you do with the card. Well congratulations on the purchase. Use it in good health.

@@Techuseek I end up using Hyper RX ECO with frame target set to 60. Seems to be running bit warm than stock configuration, but a lot more pleasant to the ears.

Yeah I was hoping I'd get one but luck didn't favor me this time. Apparently they all gonna come this way from now on. Its funny they want us to believe that they are doing this to cut cost but its actually obvious that the price hasn't changed and they are just making more profit now. It's like a community driven platform ripping off the community now. And about the Made in Ireland stamp, its clearly mentioned in my box that it is indeed from Ireland, but getting rid off a small detail like that from a product in this price range and category is very unsatisfactory. Zero problems so far.

Its within margin of error. There may be better cards out there but realistically you will never notice any difference.

@@vleed1 The Sapphire Pulse is better performance wise but temps wise, Acer Predator better. Overall, the Acer predator is very well built and will last longer in my opinion.

Unfortunately you can’t.

None so far, I’m gaming with it 4-5 hours a day and it runs fine. I’m gonna say this again, this has by far the best cooler designs out of any 7600 models. The cooler is designed in such a way that it covers and cools each and every component of the card. Just one drawback, it doesn’t support idle fan. Not that big of a deal, it’s silent under normal operations.

@@ayongaming8204 never faced any issue like that. If it happens, you got warranty.

Better than most blower style coolers trust me. Noise is there but you’re gonna be using a headphone anyways while gaming, so it’s pretty much inaudible there.

​@@Techuseek I searched in the internet to know the tdp and max power draw of rx 7600, it says that tdp is 165 and max power power draw is 180. You said the bifrost edition had a max power draw of 213. Isn't that concerning?

@@sakibhasan7944 I don’t think you should be concerned about it cause I got similar readings from different cards from different brands. It’s pretty much consistent and I believe it could also be a misreading by the software or power spikes. I don’t have any records of seeing the card consume this much power over a period of time but I’ll try to make a follow-up video for this. I don’t think you should be worried about this, I give this a green flag.

Honestly speaking, any one would do but if thermals is your main concern, I’d suggest you go for the Acer card.

Only the Predator logo lights up on the side. Unfortunately you can’t control it in any way. It just stays lit. Doesn’t look bad though.

Sapphire's RX 7600 doesn't even have foam, it's all cardboard. The GPU itself is wrapped in anti-static bubble wrap at least.

No it didn’t come with any. The rewards are region based as far as I know.

Its dual fan actually. The large one blows upwards and the other one is on the middle, the small one that blows through the back of the card.

GPU Max temp: 63c GPU Hotspot max temp: 79c Max board power draw: 222 Watts @2958MHz Core clock The readings were taken from CPUID HWMonitor ver. 1.51.0. Ambient temp at the time of recording these values was around 30c. Everything was kept default with a custom fan curve set to 80%.

None of them are terrible. Each one is good in their own ways. It always comes to the consumer's needs. My suggestion would be to get the one that has the features you need. Price is the last thing I'd worry about.

Indeed but, it is what it is. Products like this gives consumers more options, especially when it comes to the budget. This particular GPU is supposed to replace the RX 6600 non-XT. The relative performance gain is somewhere around 20% which isn't that big of a deal but it does come at a launch price that is $60-70 lower than the launch price of the predecessor. In the end, it all comes down to the consumer's budget and needs.
