So I would contact them and ask them for information on how to flash your hotspot, that should fix it. Here's how to do it on the RAK. @@MattLong6Crypto thanks a lot- I found that parley labs sells a "Helium Firmware for RAK Miners - SD Card Kits 1 x Helium Firmware for RAK Miners - SD Card Kits" so I think it would be easier for me to order that- I am just worried that the unit should go into bluetooth mode without the flash card working- does that sound correct?
