That's because you're right in a sense, there's a HD version of this video that unfortunately had the music muted because of copyright

If you look closely throughout this video you can see snippets of footage of the scrapped Jack and The Beanstalk level that later turned into The Gardens.
Technically, it's not a level. Its a concept visual animation that was shown in GDC.

but lbp1 is still a pretty great game

Thank you for uploading this. I just did my six month sweep of looking up things on Goldeneye and was abut to give up when I found this. I'm really happy you uploaded this, and will still hold out hope for the entire commentary :)
