Do you say your dua in sajood spoken slowly out loud, or do you think of it and keep it in heart without vocalizing it?
It's an issue of dispute among scholars and Assim Al Hakeem said that the most authentic opinion is that if you don't know how to say the dua in Arabic then you are allowed to say it in English and Allah knows best.
Should we do it in whole tashahud or only in 'ashhadu Allah ilaha'?

So he is saying that innovating is wrong ??
The word "innovation" used here is a word used to refer to an action that brings something new to the religion that wasn't there before. So for example if someone comes and say "In Islam eating pizza is the best deed you can do". This would be innovation and the person who said it an innovator. This is against Islamic rules as God has said in the Quran: "Today I have perfected your faith for you, completed My favour upon you, and chosen Islam as your way." - Quran 5:3 The word "innovation" as in new technologies and methods like the helicopter, plane and etc that don't go against Islamic teachings are completely permissible. And God knows best. Have I clarified it clearly for you? Thanks.

Not sure what you are referring to but in Islam freedom of religion is respected as long it is practiced within reasonable limits. In an ideal scenario an Islamic state like that of the Ottoman Caliphate would be obliged to protect the pig farm of a Christian if the Christian lived under the Ottoman rule.
So leave the country and go to a Muslim country simple as that
