    • @roandpixels1274
      @roandpixels1274 Рік тому

      I think the Antares for 2023 is the “monster drive” version. So that would be more in the swimbait category. I was trying to fill an all around niche for myself. So this bait caster can do 1/4-2oz comfortably. I think the anteras will fill more of the 1oz+ category more comfortably. So depending on intended use I would go from there.

    Hey mate.. I'm in Australia and checking out the Jackall Revoltage rods. We have bass similar to your smallies but also golden perch which can get quite fat. Which rod in the line up do you think would be best for Jackall TN60s? We tend to fish lighter for ours here. Definitely dont want a stick that's too stiff. Do you think the Jackall Revoltage RV-C69L+ would be ideal? Are they really sensitive blanks? I personally have a Custom Zbone build on the 1ML HM blank.

    • @roandpixels1274
      @roandpixels1274 Рік тому

      Hey thanks for watching. I actually have a video I made for the 6’3” ML. It’s a great power finesse rod. What I have found with the revoltage line up is that they are stiffer than what you would think. The overall experience I prefer because of all the feedback I get, I feel like my reaction time is better on these rods due to the bite detection, but to answer your question if you’re looking for a rod that pairs up well with the TN60 bait I have been using the Raid Japan Anti gladiator “joker” it has a really good action and handling of treble hook baits. You can’t go wrong with any revoltage rod but the joker and the revoltage rod are the same cost, so if I had to choose for a specific bait to maximize experience I would choose joker rod
