In answer to the first comment....this video is about digestive health not performance. Also...Natural water from a stream, rain, etc is alive, no matter their temperature, cant be compared to stagnant refridgerared water. In answer to the info in this video... 🙏🏼 Questions Can this "hot eater" be a natural tea? Like mint tea...hot water with mint leaves. When is it best to drink hot water for better digestion? Doc, would it be beneficial to have on an empty stomach every day for detox? Or daily is too much? Does it need to be on an empty stomach or just added to the breakfast for detox purposes? Or just like you say 1/2 tablespoons lunch or dinner will do the detox anyway!? I always find pasteurised ghee, is that still good? 🤔 Or is that kind of ghee already not really usefull to our health??? Thanks for all your great advice. Gonna start taking it.

Where I live the bee keepers give white sugar to the bees, they say it's a must to keep them alive in winter. I always wonder how healthy that honey can be with this "modern day" practice. They could feed them honey instead (by not removing so much to sell) but of course they say it's not profitable. They believe the sugar fed to the bees doesn't interfere in the quality of the honey produced by the bees.... I have my doubts! Thanks Doc for all your great advice

There is no rock salt available in HAMALIYA. The rock / pink salt ptoduct of KHAIWRA in Pakistan. India import tha rock / pink salt from Pakistan. India selling pink salt after importing from Pakistan. Himaliya mountains don't have any kid of salt there.
