Idk where these rules came from. We never played like this as a kid. We had bobbling or no bobbling. Black jack & red jack. Whipping or no whipping. Spiking. And a ton of others that i cant remember now. But the rules youre describing sound very lame. Appreciate the effort tho. Just doesnt look like much fun for a kid.
You can make up your own rules for the most part but it’s four square, not being able to hit down would make spiking impossible and at a certain level that’s boring.
If someone serves and if they did a baby or sliced it that was on serve that doesn’t count but if it goes on the boundary line I will count that as an out or redo. Also on serve means like if you make a mistake when you serve it it doesn’t count as an out.
Im 52 yrs old and play with my wife 3 times a week she's 58. We also play pickle ball. Great fun for the body. Keeps us active and feeling young again.
Wall ball was the most popular thing in recess accept kickball (kickball had a bunch of players in it im not kidding there would probably be 16 players)
Lol this is suburb wall ball in the hood when the ball is bouncing back if u attempt to get it and drop you gotta run and touch the wall to be safe cause u miss u get hit
We kept the tradition up to 91 at my school. Wall ball was a really fun intense game with consequences. Mess up and you had to line up at the wall and take your shot.
oh this brings back so many memories, i used to always play wall ball at recess and i was very competitive and tried my best to win every time. I’m now a 10th grader in high school, and this brings back so many flashbacks of when kids argued over who was the winner, or when kids would kick the ball because they got angry they lost lmao . Great times
Lol we’d play but with a small ball (usually a tennis ball) and if you were “out” you’d get up against the wall and the person who got you out would throw the ball as hard as they could at you 😂
What about the special hits?! We'd be like "no black magic, white magic, crackies, babies, waterfalls, rainbows, bullets, etc" I'm 32 so I guess those moves are banned already and u aren't able to use them..
This is wrong there is no line leaders
We've got Noor 🚪 and Savvas (the software for online math homework)

Lol this game sure has changed over the years, I'm sure there are local or regional differences to boot

I was so good at wall ball
Wall ball was very different in the 80’s. Very fun and painful.

@@MsCwebb we called it red@--. And we used tennis balls and the server could just whip the ball against the wall.
Why am I watching this?..
Great memories. I remember playing this and marbles. Now, I enjoy handball and racquetball.
When I was in 3rd grade I used to play all the time and I moved and I was like “where’s wall ball” and they were like “wall what” and I’m like😀
This was my favorite recess game!
Best teacher ever ! ! !
I remember using racquet balls and it was a little more intense.
