Cool video. Once in a lifetime experience. What month were you at Kuang Si?
Hello! Cool vlog! May I ask you if I’ll take a boat with the big suitcase will there be a place to place it?
Thank you for visiting Laos 😍🥰👍🙏😇
Jose Rizal wrote 2 novels (Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo) critical of the Spanish rule while he was away in Europe and when they were published and copies began proliferating the Spanish authorities deemed them subversive against Spain that they placed a bounty on his head. When he arrived he was immediately incarcerated. There was little his American wife Josephine and his family could do. He wasn’t a soldier nor a politician, he was just a novelist reflecting on the oppression of his people by the Spanish. Rizal was found guilty of subversion and was put to death via firing squad on Dec 30, 1896.
Laughing so hard on the gross room. I will make sure I never need to book that.

Nice video! :)
Dude, did you just say "flew into Siem Reap". I was definitely expecting a border crossing being involved coming from Don Det to Siem Reap. I must have made a mistake a few years ago. Either way, enjoy yourself.
Ran through their in November of 2019 (in fact, I stayed in the same hostel and also noticed they changed the position of the bike on the hill). Didn't you do the tubing on the river (where you stop at different bars along the way) or did that whole scene come to an end. Anyway, enjoy your travels.
Tyler, that is an amazing video! What a trip! I have never seen mountains as scenic and beautiful, and vertical (!) as those. Just amazing... The Army gave me an extended visit to Vietnam years ago. In your earlier videos, I can see that the cities are completely changed from those days. But, the countryside, in this video, looks pretty much the same. I was never in the mountains myself, but clearly I missed something special. A few interesting points: At 7:59 -- The Hmong people are what we and the French before us, called Montangards, or mountain people. They were very definitely pro-American and it looks like they still are. They fought on our side and were fierce fighters. I always heard great things about them. At 9:17 -- the older Hmong man holds up an index finger. In the pidgin English that we used to communicate with each other, 'number one' meant 'very good' and 'number ten' meant very bad. So he was telling you that you are 'the best!'. In the US nowadays its the opposite -- number ten is the best. Like, a beautiful woman is a '10'. 13:48 -- I have a real fear of heights, and parts of this video were making me jump out of my seat. When you sat on that ledge ... I was dying ! I am really looking forward to your next one. Can't wait! BTW... I am a friend of your grandmother Ayne. We met when you came to Asheville a year or so ago. We all ate at Packs Tavern. I have been really enjoying your videos, and it looks like you are really enjoying your trip.
Wow, very interesting! Thank you for taking the time to share those fun facts. Cheers!
