For 2 arms in cast, LAC and SAC are the best for long time ! 2 LAC are much better but you can't do anything! Only for 1 day! Unless you have a nurse/maid. Enjoy with cast on the beach and in sea port !

I had to have my foot casted in a toes down position because they didnt want me walking on it. After it came off I walked on my toes for weeks until my foot finally loosened up enough to walk normally.

You must have had some kind of trauma from your fall and your fall from the tree shattered your feet and ankles and then you couldn’t get your shoes off because your bones were too shattered and then you had to get your casts on over your heels and then when you were almost all healed you had to get your casts off and then cutting off your shoes putting your legs back in casts not letting you move or stand on them
