@srustisnigdha9248 how many days are left to travel ? If possible please correct it. Nowadays passport processing is like light speed. If not, I don't think it will be a big deal at Dubai. But again, I am not an authorised person to tell this. Usually for tourist I didnt see too much scrutiny in passport checking.

@@LifeOfBooksAndTravels we will be travelling on Nov 25 although I have applied for correction but I don't think I can get it before nov 15 and after nov 15 it will be a big hassle for bookings for nov 25... I just wanted to know at the Dubai airport when you landed or when you applied for the visas will it be any issue.. father's name is correct though so if I book the tickets and visa for my minor along with my husband.. Will there be any problem

@srustisnigdha9248 I don't think it will be a huge issue. My daughter had only first name printed on passport and there was no issues. In Dubai the rules says you must have a second name. But no one checked her passport so much. So for tourists it should be okay. It is hassle free immigration

@srustisnigdha9248 yes. First thing is, you will be dropped off at the camp and only then dune bashing will be done. I also did same thing. My parents and my daughter stayed back in camp where they can have evening snacks and it is a big camp. And then my husband and I went for dune bashing. In paradise beach there were no water sports in August 2024. Water sports are seasonal. But in sandune beach which I have explained in this video, there are couple of activities. Please do not get confused between Paradise beach and sandune beach. I have explained it in this video. I hope it will help you to explore sandune beach.

@sushmapathak2628 thank you for the comment. My daughter was 2 year 5 months old, hence we had taken a hotel with kitchen. Breakfast from hotel was complimentary and all Indian breakfast items were available. For lunch, I always carried soft rice which I cooked in our room kitchen, and hot milk and daal. Milk you get in super market. Daal I took from India only. Snacks I used to give some muffins or biscuits. At night dinner was from some Indian restaurant and that too we ordered to room to save time. So I used to cook rice as outside rice are too hard for a small kid to digest. @kranthivardhan2056 I have seen online about gold chains with 24karat. Not sure how a chain can be made of 24karat. A pure gold cannot be molded into ornaments is a generally known fact. So I would not have thought of buying it as there will be some mixes and charges will be of 24karat. I hope this info helps you in deciding.

@Shridhar_Jaju Thank you for the comment. I personally didn't visit Sea World in Abu Dhabi. However, my cousin stays in Dubai from past 12 years and he had recommended not to visit Sea World as it is not worth visiting once you visit Dubai aquarium. Based on his suggestion we didnt visit. How old is your kid? My daughter was 2.5 years old and she was happy spending time in Dubai aquarium. Just for Sea World you don't have to travel to Abu Dhabi is my opinion.

@@LifeOfBooksAndTravels That's a swift response! We are planning for travel with two girls, who at the time of travel will be 3y9m and 0y3m. The younger one is not the one I am too fussed about. @Shridhar_Jaju I totally get what you are saying about the elder one. Rest assured, it will be great in Dubai aquarium too. Abu Dhabi is best for Ferrari world and Warner brothers. But it wil be a waste of money if you go now to those places. Other than that Mosque is worth visiting once. Again, there is walking involved. Since I had taken my parents, we wanted them to see. @parulmnd Free entry for under 3 years kids. If 4th year is running then it won't be applicable. Having said that, I didnt see in a single place checking passport of my kid to see if she was really under 3 years. My kid was 2 year 5 months at that time. But if i were you, still I would buy tickets and don't want to take any chances as kid has already completed 3 years.

@parthivc6353 No I have not checked about it. We didnt want to buy in Gold Souk as I didnt feel very comfortable buying there.. And credit cards have different sort of rules. So always buy keeping that in mind. The credit card we used was of Niyo where you don't have to pay anything extra for credit use per say. And no conversion charges. So if someone says, 2.5% you save without credit card, meaning you paid extra for credit card and that won't be applicable for cash. If your credit card itself is not charging you extra then no need to worry at all. But you can still check as I don't have knowledge about saving through cash payment. I don't want to mislead you without knowing in depth. Thank you. 😇

But is it for any nationality, or should we produce specific documents as a proof, that I am not aware. We didnt want to take a chance, so bought tickets for my parents. Both my parents are senior citizens.

@shainazchhatriwala7311 You don't get milk everywhere. But in super market you wil get it. What we did was, we stayed just above a super market and bought the milk and boiled it in hotel. We carried that for afternoon. It won't be spoilt. At night again in hotel we used to boil and give. My daughter was also 2 year 5 months during the travel. I hope this helps

@vandanachavan3081 best transportation would be through cab but might not be economical. Metro is good option to travel if you can manage. We have a toddler so difficult to travel in metro. @khushbrar9229 I definitely don't recommend buying a gold bar. One of my friend had bought this and custom officer caught him and my friend had to pay fine and tax as well. So it became much more than if he would have bought in India. In end it was useless to buy from there. Buy something less which you can wear and come.
