Great job! Although "Scandi," it also does have a little bit of the warmth of your parents' mid-century modern vibe. It's got the brightness of Scandi but the warmth and variety of mid-century modern - not the expensive designer mid-century modern ambience, but the mid-century ambience actually found in the more normal but tasteful homes from that period. Perfect blend!

The rug is to Small in the living room!!!! REALLY? This is a designer? He used every gimmicky mid-century modern cliche.. I called it design paint by numbers look.

I keep a few handmade decorative items (a round fluff plushie and a junimo) which are visually nothing special but they were made by a friend I met online and shipped all the way over from their country to mine. They are reminders that there is at least one human being out there who likes me enough to spend their time and energy on little things to give me, even if we only interact through a computer and are isolated from each other.
