What I Eat In A Week | Weekly grocery haul and simple meals to make on weekdays.
Hello, and welcome to another weekly vlog!
This was my first time filming a vlog solely focused on cooking and what I eat, so if you guys like seeing this kind of content from me and want to see more of it, let me know in the comments!
I'm a huge advocate for quick and easy meals that are still at least somewhat healthy! However, I'm also someone who LOVES food that tastes GOOD. I'm definitely not the type to eat something just because it's good for me, it's got to taste good too. I might be biased, but I'd say all the meals in this week's vlog meet the above criteria haha.
Some of the things I always try to keep stocked at home to help with my go-to quick and easy meals are: frozen fruit, a leafy green, eggs, tortillas or bread, and some sort of sandwich meat. You can honestly do so much with these few essentials!
Everything in the vlog is food I usually make off the top of my head and I just try to use ingredients that cater to the flavours I'm craving at the moment. For the potato casserole dish, there is a recipe that I refer to and I've linked it below:

Have a great trip back home thank you showing Naxos sorry of some health issues you had I just came permanently to Syros island from New York I live 30 yards from a beach. Jogging swimming feeding stray cats music reading going by bus to the main city so beautiful to me sun sea the blue skyes the air filled with beautiful smells people kind nature dreamy I love Naxos too magnificent sunsets and beautiful beaches so large well have the best trip back wish you great memories Greek islands are a medicine to one’s soul thank you
