Your such a Loon and a newbie. This will not fix the light issue. . Have u fix the leak code yet?
@@cielo2nice in fact it did…i’m just smarter to not spend $500 on a filler neck and my years of mechanical experience and engineering background should keep my credentials higher than that of a “Loon” or “newbie” 🤫
Im 99.9% sure this is EXACTLY the problem im having. Im waiting on a new gas cap and if that doesn't fix it, I'll have to break down the filler neck such as you did in this video... I just spent over 500$ on a Honda OEM forward AF sensor and that helped IMMENSELY! The Engine Light is off now and the car gets great gas mileage again and feels great but the EVAP system is stuck in a "INC". I've driven it quite allot and this Civic has always went through its checks extremely fast, so the only reason its not completing is the EVAP system isn't sealed. I just realized im not getting that vacuum "wooosh" after removing the gas cap and lo and behold i check the cap to find a dry and cracked seal. Also just in case im going to go out there right now and check out the filler neck because i have a new OEM seal that's been collecting dust in the bag. Anyways, thanks for the precise and calm explaining ! Great vid!
@@blazeaglory thank you, great that you found it helpful😊
Thank you! I have a 2003 at 250k that needed this done.
Good job bruh. Am a mechanic, love from Nigeria ❤
Im thinking Spray Foam?

Have you ever had an issue where the engine cranks but won’t start ? as if the module is telling to flipping the key back to ignition 2 ?

Where is the other sensor located ?

Do you recall where you got your nerf bars? I have the same ones but lost a step pad recently and can't find anything to do with 2007 bars.
Amazon, i guess they stopped selling or making them😔
You glossed right over the upstream one. Okay I've got the disconnect wire that you spent 5 minutes going over and now I'm just stuck in limbo cuz you never specified what comes next. You immediately jump to the downstream one. Where the hell is bank 1 sensor one freaking O2 sensor thing. I got the wire disconnected from the harness but I don't see the f****** thing
I only wish I'd found this excellent video before I accidentally removed the timing belt tensioner when replacing the gaskets on the valve spool and valve and have to go through all the mess of reinstalling that tensioner. This job should have taken 1 hour or less. I'm about 12 hours in and awaiting parts to fix my mess. Thanks for sharing
잘했어요 😅❤❤❤
Your video help to fix my 2004 Honda Pilot. I appreciate your great job. thank you.
Omg was goi g with your audio buddu
Well, would be awesome if your volume didn't keep turning off😒
Thank you very much.
Did you have to chase the factory minting holes?
Good video, but I have the same car and when I removed the downstream O2 sensor harness on the left side of the car engine compartment under the AC tubes, it had a FEMALE CONNECTOR. All the downstream harnesses I saw online were male. What gives?? I'm thoroughly confused. (I know that I could just buy an O2 sensor with a female jack and use that, but I'd I'd really like to know what's going on). Some clarification, please.
Awesome video! I have an 03 pilot and I have problem that every morning If I don’t warm it up then put it on reverse or gear it dies. By any chance did you had the same problem with yours.
IMPORTANT UPDATE For disconnecting the O2 sensor plugin for the upstream sensor (on a bracket with two electrical plugins): remove the bracket using a 12mm socket. Do not attempt to unplug the old sensor until you remove the bracket. Why? The sensor plug-in has two tabs that must be manipulated to disconnect it. One tab that is visible disconnects the sensor from the wiring harness. A 2nd tab at the opposite corner disconnects the sensor connector from the bracket. By examining the new replacement sensor wiring connector, you can see exactly what I am talking about.
Yep...Thanks..much easier.
Good job man! Good documentation. I have only a few days before smog check & state registration. Now I have faith that I can do it reasonably. Also, I think I will try dropping a string through to thread the cable.
Just show the part and how and were to change it
Worried about paint when the car is that filthy.. lol. I'll never understand
could you get in touch with me on how u took the bulb out , i got to the bulb and i cldnt get it out at all, ordered the leds and everything and looked it up online how to do. PLEASE HELP ME !!!
Thought it was just my sausage fingers not getting in there. Tried a pick, too. won't budge. If you figured it out give me a holla.
Thanks a million. Only video with the setup that I have.
Will it work on a 08 pilot?
Yea it will pretty similar setup with the 03-08 models😊
Link to items I need!!!??
thanks for sharing I have the same problem on my 2003 Honda pilot I hope I can fix it when I change the IAC, ride on
Thanks for the video and what codes were you guys giving that let you know to change that
Does it work for 03 Honda pilot
I'm getting a 0132 code indicating high voltage on sensor 1 bank 1.... I have a 2004 Pilot, and want to make sure that bank 1 is closest to the firewall, and sensor 1 is the upstream/pre-cat sensor... I replaced the pre-cat sensor but the code is still coming up... Advice?
Good on you for posting this video. Thanks
Is it still working (push start unit) up to now?
Yeah had it for a few years now and added the system to a few more cars that have key ignition issues or a few that likes the updated feature😊
You talk to much
Well done, appreciate the guidance here.
Thank you for the step-by-step on how to remove the part.
Very helpful! Thanks for showing the location and the tab details on male and female. Took me an hour and $25 to replace it. It would not take more than 15-30 min if the connector had not been in that tight spot which is difficult to reach even with one hand. But finally did it using thumb for female connector tab, and pointer for male.
Ese problema es el Main relay
I replaced all 3 while i had the unit in my hand, oil pump assembly should be good to go for another 20 years🤞
Tnx for the video, I have a 2003 Pilot, just wondering if replacing these 2 sensors would make any difference in fuel consumption as mine only gives me about 15 mpgs, I’m trying to get it to improve on that department as fuel prices are through the roof
Video is legit. I just followed your instructions. Finally replaced bulb after years and years. Very satisfying. Thank you.
So we dont need to wash the products #3 and #2 off in between?
you do!
You talk too much just do the work man less talk
You’ve made this so easy! Cheers
How do you remove the shift knob?
Please tell me you weren't working under there with just a floor jack holding it up? I always use jackstands along with a floor jack as insurance. Otherwise, great video...and be safe.
Wow bro. I'm impressed. I have a 2004 with 285K. She runs like a champ still. Love this truck.
I just did this took me maybe 20 minutes. Use stub nosed needle pliers to pull out the grommet, it makes it slot easier. And buy the parts at an auto shop significantly cheaper than amazon
Replacing mine today! Thanks for making this video!!!
Oops the gromment fell down inside the chamber. What happens if I leave it in there?
