Awesome Robert , nicely captured , stunning views! That’s a great flight buddy well done! Liked and subscribed to you to see more , from a fellow drone flyer! 👏👍👌
Great footage Robert! I enjoyed seeing places from above that I have seen from on my feet. Cheers!
Really enjoyed this footage. We were up there in May for a holiday and such a beautiful place. Plenty of little shops and cafes to visit.
Thanks again. Getting closer to Barcaldine village! The farm with the big green metal sheds, looks like where the MacPherson's lived. I was at school with one of them a looong time ago!
Thanks for this vid. I used to live in Barcaldine village, which is a few miles away from the castle (we didn't see it on here). Beautiful area when the weather is good.
Great video, nice to see the place from a different perspective. I’ve been there many a time. Used to love going down there first thing on a morning and in the evening. Used to stay in the B&B at the top of the lane called Tigh Bhan.
Kool, I’ve never Ben in that part of Scotland, my great, great uncle owned Barcaldine Estate for a good part of the 19th century. And the music was kool. 👍
Hi Robert. I quite enjoyed this video, thank you. Great perspective with the drone! I will get to get back to this town, as passed quickly through on a schedule and would like to stop next time for a walk and talk with locals. It looks like a wonderful place. Cheers Pal! - I just subscribed, from Canada.
This was our favorite surprise destination. We loved it!
I have been visiting Benderloch for a few years I have been trying to get to that tower on the other side of the bay think its called lady Margaret's tower? I have tried a few times at low tide but I think scaling a rock face to Colditz would be easier, I am guessing it not open to the public? I would like to get up to take photographs. Interesting area of the west coast from a geological perspective sitting right between two fault lines
Fantastic scenery.Thank you for sharing.I was in Ballachulish last summer.(Aug2024) tracing my ancestors steps. They lived in the north part of Ballachulish across the bridge at Onich. They lived at Cuilcheanna House. They were Mackenzies.
Passed through briefly in December 2019 for a bite at the Ballachulish hotel. Loved it so much we're going to stay there a couple of nights this coming December.
not far from me, it looks lovey
Awesome video my friend , always enjoy your wonderful videos , thank you for sharing and thumps up , have an amazing day⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘ ❤❤❤❤❤ 7
Name of the bridge?
It's the Ballachulish bridge opened in 1975.
Really a nice looking video of this gorgeous location. Very nice green color. Keep it up! 👍
Thank you for your kind comments.😊
Stunning scenery. Beautifully captured and flown. Lovely video 👍 ❤
Thank you, much appreciated.😊
Love these drone vids mate. Brings back loads of good memories! I'll maybe start making requests 😂
Nice, but wait until your woke government floods you with 20,000 "refugees"
Scottish castles are very special and this one is no exception. Great capture! Keep it up! 👍
Many thanks!
Wonderful thank you for filming and uploading this @Robert...
Hello my friend I'm watching your amazing video, Such an amazing scenery in Scotland. I feel so happy watching your footage! I look forward to your beautiful next work
Thank you very much!
Used to live in Connel. Lovely part of the world and the right mix of amenities and remoteness
Lived in Connel for 7 years and had friends at Inverawe. Have walked completely around Loch Etive on more than one occasion. A fabulous Loch, set in breath taking scenery. Not forgetting the wonderful Falls of Lora and the Lynn of Lorn. Your video brought back happy memories. Thanks for sharing.
Yes I have , I stayed there for two weeks
👍👍
a pity spoilt with stupid NOISE
Try turning the volume down. Perhaps you could suggest suitable royalty free music?
Gorgeous video!!!
Thank you.
Absolutely stunning scenery 😍 👌 lovely flight
Many thanks
Stunning!!
Thank you! 😊
I went on the ferry before the bridge was there
1 calender town .2 lake of menteith. 3 loch Katrine. 4 inversnaid hotel
noise, noise, noise, does the noise have any purpose ?
Turn the volume down! Play music you like.
Like others it brings back memories !. This was Before the Bridge, was driving just about where the bridge is a Golden Eagle swooped in front of my car, when the bird saw the prey was too big, it turned and swerved away. I was left with a view of the golden beak of the bird and the whole underside with golden talons splayed. Now an OM and still remember this vivid display. Also the little ferries plying there trade between the whirlpools. Beautiful Scotland
😮My My! This beautiful. No complaints ❤
Thank you. 😊
💙🏴👍
A tranquil scene but best seen on a 'spring' low tide, i.e.at new moon period. The flow down to sea level in the bay is awesome. The high water is less exciting as the loch gets 'topped up' to sea level but there is a slight fall on the under water ridge which crosses the valley. The glacier terminator ridge from the last ice age.
Nice film Rob. Good to meet you at the Racer Cafe near Benderloch
Thanks NickClares. Great to meet you both too. Keep up the good work.
Bro thos area is so beautiful do you mind me asking where this is at!?
No problem. It's a very small part of cycle route 78. This bit is from Oban Airport to Benderloch.
What camera? Insta360?
Yep, Insta360 on a selfie stick attached to handlebar!
greAATY VCDIDEEO ROBERT!!!! :)))
Crazy vidio😅
Was here with a tour group in 1995!! Walked across the bridge! Got home to California, and shortly after that was reading a Harlequin Romance novel . . . written BEFORE there was a bridge!?!! Small, but beautiful world!!😁🤩
Looks amazing youve captured it well. A big thumbs up from me 👌 👍
I’ve been closer to that bridge than anyone except the guys who built it I scaffolded all the way over and under neath the bridge in the 1980s beautiful place
whats the stupid noise for ?
Climbed up onto the Ballahulish bridge when it was under construction as a teenager in about 1976😂
Hope you didn't get caught! 😂
whats the purpose of the noise ?
I’ve turned sound off
Stunning scenery nothing like it anywhere else on the planet
I agree. Nowhere like it. Hope it stays that way.
Very beautiful but this aint bad either...lots of Scots there too ua-cam.com/video/AFthf3jZvBM/v-deo.htmlsi=jiKaDGZJM1clDF-5
Looks like low tide. The magic bridge shows well. Magic because in the Harry Potter film with the flying horses it dissapeared. Know the area from many visits for the SSDT. And we use to stop at the Loch Leven Hotel.
You're right, it is a magical place, nowhere like it. Hope it stays that way.
