What is The Sedona Method? // 2 practical LETTING GO exercises
THE SEDONA METHOD helps people release unpleasant and painful feelings, attachments or aversions in a very simple, extremely effective way. This short video explains what THE SEDONA METHOD is and offers 2 SIMPLE EXERCISES that you can do immediately.

WHAT'S IN THE VIDEO
So this video can help anyone who has been struggling with painful feelings, whether recent feelings or feelings that have been held for a much longer time. The Sedona Method offers 5 different techniques, two of which I show in this video.
➡ State University of New York and Harvard University collaborated in a research study where they did some experiments and they concluded 'The Sedona Method is an outstanding technique for it's simplicity and efficiency.'
➡ So if you have been wondering "What is the Sedona Method?" then look no further!
➡ I have used this method for a number of months now and it has enabled me to let go of deeply rooted feelings. It is a repeated technique - you may find that some feelings will dissipate immediately and other feelings will take a few more times of repeating this method but the feelings will be released.

    Thank you so much - I felt release even when mind tried to keep me from my heart. I acknowledged and thanked the protection then was able to drop back down to my heart and the discomfort and pain. I found the ability to feel into the waves of resistance and stay with it. This moved into growling, crumpled face and rocking whilst breathing into the feeling. I watched it morph, from fear to anger to sadness. Then shame. The hardest feeling of all for me to recognise. Almost fully touching compassion and love I was able to sense a holding the inner wounded child in me. I could allow that to be ok without getting lost in the story.

    Good job. But claims that New York University and Harvard collaborated on research that the Sedona Method is an outstanding technique cannot verified. Can't find this research online. None of the universities have this research on their website. It only appeared on the Sedona Method website and another link which is now defunct. You might want to consider updating your video.

    Lovely and simple yet very powerful. I have studied under the late Bob Proctor through one of his consultants, and it is nice to hear this basic lesson again. I think it is important to remember too that we need to increase our vibration to be able to attract from a higher vibration. Law of Attraction then works really well. Thank you Celia. You have a lovely voice and way to getting your message across.

    I recently got this app called Forest, where you choose a tree to be planted in your forest and set a timer for whatever activity of your choosing, and if you make it to the end of the timer without opening any other apps on your phone than you get rewarded with a tree. The app will know if you cheat and it will even show you a little dead tree where it was supposed to be healthy and colorful. Eventually if you get to plant 100 trees the company plants a real tree somewhere. I found when I actually remember to use this app i'm extremely productive! But I also never connected the app to just simply timing my activities, thats such a game changer thank you! I will hopefully try to incorporate this app into my daily routine starting tomorrow!
