I've been maining strongholds since Beyond Light and i would look at a good blinding grenade launcher. Its a great help to get in close. Also you might want to run an exotic and a good legendary sword instead. Lament is great, but the hit detection is awful and the are nerfing the crap out of it in The Final Shape. I have a phenomenal solar sword with tireless blade and incandescent. Can block forever, your swing is slow. But does massive damage and can add clear like crazy! My Bungie ID is Kaise7en#1325 im down to do some onslaught as a group of stronghold Titans!

I been loving stronghold in GMs, glad to see there are people that knows how to apply its strength, you're playing as a tank to take away some amount of aggro on your team since enemies wasting their time attacking you, and that does trivialize a lot of the combat, especially if you bait bosses. In hypernet current, you can bait the boss-variant tormentor by being up its face (it only do the grab attack if you're further away), basically roleplaying as decoy shaxx in onslaught. Become the shield while your team slays out, your fireteam will never be defenseless again.

100 mobility helps tremendously on strongholds btw

You can go down in action even at start . Takes a bit more practice just don't hesitate once you get momentum with woven chain and banner of war you become titan of titans
