THAT IS DAMN LOUD
The left end tube on the other tube has emission, its stuck starter if the lamp is dead it should be just orange light or heat from the filament.
I think the bulb or starter is going out. Turn it off to prevent the filament in the lamp from burning out or damaging the ballast.
i have a wheelchair bound toilet in my school where the light is facing the exact same issue. the starter has been stuck for a few months already and the light is just left in this state 24/7. the ballast as also buzzing REALLY loud, like a motorcycle on full speed. eventully the poor little magnetic ballast violently burned out and the light was replaced with an led.
Can you make one hour of this ballast sound pls? But continuos

I just got a fixture like this it has a 72w ballast for the 2 36w bulbs and when I turned it on one of the bulbs started flashing and the other one had a dead starter
This is used be scary af for me when I was small. One night at around 1am I wanted to go to the toilet, no lights were turned on, and then I saw a desk lamp (T8 15W) doing this.
The starter(s) might not get stuck yet, or both ends of the tube will just glow orange.
The tube glows white at both ends, suggesting the ignitor is bad.

All the lamps on the rightmost fixture are not working. Some of them seem to have bad ballast.
There is no starter on that fixture, except the one that has a stuck starter.

No, It runs with an electronic ballast.

This is a program start electronic ballast, use preheat starting method to prolong the life of the bulb.

Yes, and some of them might be bad quality.

Those tubes wasn't replaced for almost 9 months, I'm kind of surprised how the ballasts are still working.

have this exact same starter with the exact same problem Edit: i replaced the capacitor inside the starter and now it works fine
It will shorten the lifespan of the fluorescent lamp it is stuck in this state.
The tubes having both ends white seemed to have a bad ignitor instead of stuck starter.
