Shake means gently toss, stir, as the ones in the outside crisp up way faster. I have this and also a gourmia air fryer… the draw gourmia is quicker and cooks better in my opinion.

I'm on the verge of throwing mine out. It took me 45 minutes to melt a slice of cheese for a hot ham and cheese sandwich and then I gave up and microwaved it.

I have had one for 3 years and it is starting to give me a little trouble but I like it and bought another one because its cheaper and bigger than some of the so called better ones that might last one or two years and, i could buy 3 of these for the price of a ninja., mine cost 59 dollars.

I just recently upgraded to this unit from my four slice standard toaster & I'm totally pleased with its' functions & capabilities so far. I'm surprised that your unit didn't come with an instruction/user manual, unless yours wasn't a factory sealed box.

Shaking it only applies if you have the drip pan underneath, you would basically be flipping the fries over to get the other side to cook🍟 If you don't have nothing underneath blocking the heat from the bottom then you don't need to shake or flip half way through😉 Jesus Christ Love's us all, Hallelujah, Amen❣️🙌
