Ingredients:
150g Sourdough
560 g Bread Flour
260 g Whole Milk 3.5%
60 g Sugar
50 g Unsalted Butter
1 Medium Egg
70 g Raisins
20 g Dried Fruits
20 g Mixed Peel
20 g Cranberries
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon All Spice
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Orange Extract
Orange zest
Steps:
Prepare the sourdough starter.
Mix the dough and let it rise.
Shape the buns and let them proof.
Bake to golden perfection and add the crosses.

Is a nice pizza 🍕 oven.
The char is the worst. It's a scam perpetuated by the oven manufacturers. The smell and taste of burned bread destroys pizza every time, dominating the flavor and squelching all the goodness of the other ingredients.
This is just an opinion... Actually, biscotto stone pizza is very good! 👍

Can it be the same without the oven?
In home kitchen oven will be different, the reason is with the oven the baking temperature is about 400 deg Celcius and the home oven temperature is approximity maximun of 250 degreese. The taste for sure be good, the texture will be different.
