This is Ben's dad Curtis. I will give Ben the message. Thanks for the words. I am sure you know about the Hurricane here in the western part of NC. Our town Hendersonville NC got hit hard like never before. No power for over a week, no water, phones out. Thank the Lord we are all OK. We have been blessed in so many ways. If you have heard about Chimney Rock or Asheville, we live kind of in the middle of them. We are hoping to try to get things going soon. It is so hard to keep your spirits lifted with so many peoples homes being washed away and people that we know did not survive. So sad around here. But we will get through this. Good to hear from you. Curtis

It's actually quite nice. After you've fried some kind of meat( bacon, sausage, pork chops, etc.)in a pan- simply remove the meat, and add a bit of flour and butter, whisk together for a minute and add broth or water until the consistency is nice and creamy. It's best to add tons of fresh, ground pepper and smother it over biscuits, fried steak, etc. I'm hungry and making dinner right now😅

@@misschris325 I’ll have to try it. I’m in UK so biscuits over here would be very unusual to have with gravy lol. If I ever visit America I’d love to try biscuits. Making dinner caught me off guard too, it’s nearly midnight here! 😂

@@fredsanford5322 Just got our power back on from hurricane helena and then I see this. What's wrong with being kind? When you have so much that you own destroyed and then you see someones comment that just wants to be hurtful. I'm just glad you don't have to go through what we are going through here.

This is Curtis, Bens Dad. In this cold world we live in, we don't need people with cold hearts trying to make someone feel bad and discouraged. I don't know you, but you should think about someone's feelings before you say something. You must have had a rough childhood to grow up to be like you are. Just think about how you can make the world a better place to live in when you have nothing else to think about.

It's sad to think about how lonely people must be to waste so much time being hateful for attention. Keep being great, Ben! I'm rooting for you!❤❤❤
