Less talking, more showing and not just in and out moving shots that no one can keep up with. It’s a wonder you ever sell anything on the basis of these videos.
Sacramento St. bus used to run past this house. Occasionally saw a man doing the gardening. The same light fixtures show up in all these videos. Are they part of the staging? The other comment is right. Video doesn't give a sense of the flow of the house. I like that it seems to be in it's original configuration.
