Awesome video, only thing I would suggest is that to keep it kosher you shouldn’t drown them because the blood doesn’t drain

The only thing that concerns me, is grilling/frying enough to disinfect the meat? After all you never know what disease they might be carrying.

Does drowning them affect the meat? I know seafood taste different on the way you handle them like Tuna for instance. The japanese have a way to insert a thin but strong wire thru the spine of the Tuna to euthanise it without affecting the flavour of the meat.

Nahhh drowning them is just cruel man, I just cut their throat. People say its cruel and weird that a 16 yearold does it, but it is fast and easy (mainly for the birds). But drowning them is just cruel

In the US these birds are cruel towards the native birds by killing the chicks and eggs then stealing the nest.

I loved everything after the method of execution. Much prefer the more humane cervical dislocation or blunt trauma to the head. www.wolfmatters.org/uploads/2/4/0/2/24020064/99jwl.wsb01.pdf

quicker way to defeather is cover bird in clay and put in the fire then crack the clay all the feathers come off in the clay cooking their bird evenly. this is a bronze age tecnique for game birds , porcupines and hedgehogs.

Awesome. Something that some animal lovers don't know is that house sparrows are super agressive birds that aren't native to the Americas. But the only improvement I would suggest is the way you euthanize them should be quicker. But other than that, good video.

House sparrows do alot of damage to the environment. For example, they compete with native bird species for cavities, and they can kill the eggs and young with their beak. So they're mostly doing a good thing.
