You need to train harder than you ride. If you only ride on the weekend you should work on cardio through the week. Maybe do some weight training as well. If you want to ride a 30 minute moto you should try a stationary bike for an hour a couple times during the week and do a few days of weights

Hell yea. I've always wondered how much fluid to put and how it affects the ride. Got my suspension fully valved and springs changed for a bit of money. Now I can do my fluid and seals by myself.

All these events need the people who help put them on, thanks for sharing

Great video , I have a 2002 cr250 with stock suspension , is not been used for about 15 years , and will try to do it by myself . Suspensions ,engine , transmission , breaks and wheels . It will take some time. Do you know the amount of torque of top and bottom nuts ? And hopefully you can make the rear shock video . Thanks for share your knowledge

To clarify Doug Henry, in 1995 at Budds Creek he broke his back, and came back in 97 to race the Works YZM400. At the 97 Budds National his YZM400 locked up over a jump and endoed, breaking both wrists. Came back in 98 and won the Budds National and the 98 250/450 National Championship...
