Welcome back! This video took me really long time to do. Almost a month, even if I completed my corset just by the Christmas (I had to wait till that time to do eyelids), so I hope You like it. Sorry for no lots of commentary during the process, my microphone is really bad and I hate recording these. Wearing my full set of chemise, drawers, stockings and a corset (!!) made me feel so good, I co...

A small and short process of sewing my first garnment of historical fashion from circa late 19th century to early 20th century. Excuse my voice and pretty sloppy accent as I am not the greatest in pronouncing words. Hope You like it, if You decide to stick around with me in my journey, thank You ♥. - Instagram: @vinthe19th
Very pretty
Thanks!
lovely 💕
Thank You :)
so cuuute
Thanks!
I know it’s a struggle but you did amazingly well with the end result.💖
Thank You so much!!!!
Did you follow the instructions manual that red threaded provided? Or just kinda look at it. I’m a beginner and trying to find videos to help me understand but im noticing people are just doing it there way. Soooo I was just wondering what you did.
Hi :) I also was searching for some videos of people making this corset, I kinda was helped by Ageless Tailoress’ video. I tried following the provided instructions, but I also found them hard to understand at some point (but not entirely). Well, corsets are almost always constructed the same, but this one has a new (for me) way of making seams, which I had to search a video of, because I didn’t understand the instructions
But I would suggest reading the instructions and watching the video of someone making it, because I did a mistake of not attaching some piece of fabric under the busk, so one side of the busk is kinda not on the place it should be :P ..I didn’t read whole instructions
Nice video
Thank You!
@@MadameAndler How was the video
it turned out beautiful! well done. So I’m not the only one to watch youtube on an ipad while sewing?😂
Thank You so much! Turns out You're not alone 😅 It's easier to watch longer videos while doing something in the background for me! (sorry for long reply, I didn't see Your comment!)
Gorgeous dress !
Thank You so much!
I love hearing the little tap tap tap of the shoes when you walk around
me too haha!!
Хорошие трусы
Thank You!
I love your videos! I'm excited to watch all of them 🐣
Thank you for the uploads :~)
@@dustedpinstripes Aw thank You so much! It means a lot to me and im so happy You enjoy watching me ❣❣
Can't wear all those layers today!
Dis is y da Victorian Era is the 2nd best time period
It turned out very pretty.
Thanks, glad You like it!
So beautiful!
Thanks a lot !❤
This turned out so pretty. Your little dog assistant is super cute too
Thank You so much! He surely does like to lay on anything that is on the floor!
I wish that it women would dress like this again. Because women looked much better.
Fashion back then was beautiful indeed!
I feel the same way; and the men looked dapper and charming. If I had money and confidence I would wear historical fashions quite often.
@@HotSauce-fo6sf I feel like confidence to wear clothes like this makes You distinguish from the society in a positive way - I actually love to be elegant in my everyday wear, I would never dare showing up anywhere in some sweatpants. Also You’re right - no offence to anyone, but most men do not have great sense of fashion nowadays
@@MadameAndler Well I live in a low class/middle class area so many people would sadly think I’m stuck up. And I also don’t have a car; I’d be kinda afraid to dress nice for fear of being mugged 😅
@@HotSauce-fo6sf Oh I see what Your point! Well, what a shame
It is very nice. But must be hard to wear the crinoline dress.
Thank You! It takes some time to get used, though it is really fun!… But now I see why 19th century buildings had these wide doors everywhere
Beautiful ensemble!
Thank You!
really pretty.
Thank You!
historically, stuffing your bust in a corset is accurate. Just make a padded 'bust improver' to stick in there. It looks great!
Thank You! I was thinking about it when I did my Edwardian corset and I’m probably gonna do it ❤️
Great skirt! I love the placement of lace insertions you have chosen 😊
Dziękuję❤️❤️
Kurcze, kompletnie zapomniałem że mówisz po polsku xD już poprostu z przyzwyczajenia zawsze pisze komentarze po angielsku hahah

This is your first corset ever? You did a great job.
Thank You so much, it is my first corset:) I am also planning to do regency stays!
@@MadameAndler I hope this is the beginning of a complete Edwardian ensemble, that's a great era for fashion.
@@Siansonea That’s right! I have in plan a completely white and lacy ensemble that will be perfect for summer. These are the prettiest!
Wow! Thank you for this lovely video!
