I would advise caution. Trying to not abuse mine but on a trolley up a bumpy hill. The driver afterwoods makes worrying scracty sounds. They clear up but is concerning. So now i prefer to push it so i can be more careful of the bumbs. Thinking about vibration and shock protection for the sub!

Maybe a passive crossover but i not done that. Hard to design properly i head and active crossover more efficient

@@revolvingwonder3777 this might be a stupid question but im building a tham 10 or 12 to extend the low frequencies of my soundsboks 3, do you think that is a good idea? is the low end good on the tham 12? hard to hear it through a youtube video

the design needs a 40hz steep high pass. like -24db I think i used used very steep high pass in rockbox DAP firmwares EQ. maybe higher freq. i forget. was a very rough first quick crossover so i could make some noise.

i call it subwoofer as the mass public more familiar with that name.

it was booming in valley fields a few weeks ago. using refined crossover setup via external dsp. enough for cops to be wrongly called to a "illegal rave" of 4poeple lol. could hear it far away just about , at the houses garden. good little walk down to the fields. hmm 10min walk down??. btw it was our own fields. so was in our right. cops left.

via the red and black wires. taped off the amps 24v supply and wraped in the back tape inbetween the boards is a dc-dc step down converter which supplys 12-15v to the pre amp.
