YVONNE DE CARLO sings FRANKIE & JOHNNIE
Beautiful Canadian actress Yvonne De Carlo gives a sassy version of the Vaudeville and Folk classic "Frankie & Johnnie" before an audience entirely in her hands. From the 1949 western "The girl who took the West" directed by Franck De Cordova

YVONNE DE CARLO sings I'll follow you

Beautiful canadian actress Yvonne De Carlo sings (in French and in English) "I'll follow you" from the ultra kitsch Fort Algiers, a rare movie from 1953 directed by Lesley Selander. Note Raymond Burr not yet an "iron man", playing a sheikh fond of Yvonne....
Its amazing to me this lady was more known for Lily Munster than her role as Sephora in the Ten Commandments. She was incredible in that epic DeMille movie.
Una mujer Hermosisima, cantanta, Actriz, Artista completa!! Hasta directora de Orquesta!!
HIPS ASWIVELIN AND LEGS ABACK KICKIN, YVONNE STRUTS LIKE NO OTHER . . . YES, HE DONE HER WRONG . . . WHAT'S NEW? . . NOTICE THE BIG GRIN ON DUDE IN FRONT ROW RIGHT FROM DA JUMP❣️. HE KNOWS CLASSY FROM TRAMPY AND THE REST FINALLY GOT IT❣️💋 DAMN THAT NELLIE BLYE!
From a scene in "The Girl Who Took The West" c. 1949

I would have loved to see a duet between Elvis and DeCarlo
What a stunning woman. Old-school Hollywood at its very finest.
What a superstar

Superb.
What a beautiful talented woman.
The same director of this movie was also the director of "The tonight show" with Johnny Carson
She was beautiful, even dressed up as Lilly Munster
She was also in The 10 commandments as Zipporah .
She was billed as SEPHRA in the film.😊😊
Bro that old guy paid $10,000 to hear this song
Beautiful
A True Gem.
Maturity in voice in Follies.
Man - she radiated starpower!! The re is a level of magnificence you dont see AT ALL today! Its so trashy! Ive seen a Lady Gaga or Beyonce touch upon theses things and do great; but then revert back to brain numbing foolishness!! FOOLISHNESS!!! I wish they would bring class back......
She should have been a headliner on Broadway she was a Hollywood star but I think she would have gotten more recognition.
WOW!!! THIS, FOLKS, IS A MOVIE STAR!
What a pro! What a performance! What an icon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks so much for posting! 👏👏👏
Leadbelly cover the best I think
This was from "The Gal Who Took the West," directed by Frederick De Cordova.
Thank you. I was wondering name of movie...can't wait to watch the whole movie!
Wow! I never knew Yvonne De Carlo was such a singing talent! I love her voice. It’s so deep and resonant! She is amazing!
One of my absolute favorite Yvonne De Carlo on screen moments. She is singing, dancing and funny as hell, worthy of a Broadway show stopper!
I SEE!!
True class. Born in the 60s I love this era of film and enjoyed her in the TV📺 Munsters 😊
She was gorgeous her whole life
If someone can somehow mash up Yvonne's version with Elvis Presley's as a duet, that would be awesome.
I love this!
simply gorgeous!!!!!!
Beautiful incredible voices.

PERFECTION IN ANY ERA !
Sound like a Tom & Jerry soundtrack (if it was instrumental).
Hahaha! Totally!
Too bad most people know her for playing Lily Munster.
That would be me!! I had no idea she was a movie star - or that she could do - THIS!?!?!
@@exclamationpointman3852 She was also a model.
