I am the chief editor of a scientific journal from Ukraine. We have a war started by an aggressive Russia. I am very sorry that I could not join my colleagues to participate in the event. I welcome all participants of the conference.

It was my profound privilege to have joined the meeting virtually from Cambodia. I received a lot of good lessons learned, and hopefully I can apply some of the concepts from the meeting to fight predatory journals in my country.
